Reporting an error in a question

This is the message we most want to receive. If an answer looks wrong, an explanation contradicts current regulations, or a translation reads badly, send us the link to the question and a sentence about what is wrong. We check every report and correct the material when the report is right.

Access keys and payments

If you paid for full access and your key does not work, email us with the address you paid from — we can re-issue the key. Purchases are covered by our refund and cancellation policy; billing terms are set out in the terms of use and data handling in the privacy policy.
