Refund and order cancellation policy
This page states exactly what you buy, when and how you can get your money back, and how long it takes. It is not boilerplate — this is what we actually do.
What you are buying
“Full access” is an entirely digital product: a software key that unlocks the practice tooling on this website. No physical goods are shipped.
The price is USD 4.99 and the payment is one-time — not a subscription. Nothing renews or recurs automatically.
If you pay with an Armenian card, settlement is in Armenian drams and the final AMD amount is calculated by the bank at its rate on the day of the transaction.
Delivery
Delivery is instant and automatic. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your access key is shown on screen and stored in that browser.
If the payment succeeded but you did not see the key, open the “Activate” page — the incomplete order is recovered automatically and the key is re-issued. If that still fails, email us.
Cancelling an order
Until you confirm the payment you may close the payment window at any moment. Nothing is charged and no order is recorded.
Because delivery is instant, cancellation is not meaningful after the payment completes; such a request is handled as a refund request.
Refund conditions
Within 14 calendar days of purchase you get a full refund, no questions asked.
This applies both to an unused key and to a key you have already activated — using the product does not forfeit your right to a refund.
Duplicate charges (one key paid for twice) are refunded without any time limit.
After the 14 days, a refund is issued if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the product.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund”. Include the email address or transaction reference used at payment and the approximate purchase date. That is all — no form and no further documents are required.
Requests by phone are also accepted, but we prefer email so that there is a written record.
Timing and method
We review and approve requests within 3 business days at the latest.
Refunds are always made to the same payment method and the same card used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Once we submit the refund, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your card statement. That window is controlled by your card issuer, not by us.
No fee is deducted — the full amount is returned.
Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued the access key is revoked and the paid tooling stops working on the activated devices.
The free content — every question with its correct answer and explanation — remains available exactly as before.
