Armenia Driving Test

Study guide

Start with a small, measurable session

Choose one topic and work through ten questions. Before reading the marked answer, write your choice and a short reason on paper. Label each result: correct with a reason, correct by guess, or incorrect. A guessed answer needs another review even when it earns a point. This separates recognition of a familiar picture from understanding the situation.

Read a diagram in a fixed order

  1. Identify the vehicle the question asks about and the direction it intends to travel.
  2. Locate signals, signs, supplementary plates and road markings. Note exactly which approach or lane each applies to.
  3. Read the wording again: permission, obligation and prohibition are different questions.
  4. Choose your answer, check the key, and compare your reasoning with the explanation where available.

For a sign question, describe its shape, colour and symbol separately before looking at the options. For an intersection question, sketch each vehicle’s path; do not infer priority from vehicle size or from the order in which choices are listed. Use the linked official material to resolve a rule you cannot explain.

Use mistakes to choose the next session

Keep a small error log with four columns: question link, your choice, the clue you missed, and your next review date. Useful labels are missed sign, misread wording, unfamiliar rule and translation uncertainty. If three errors involve the same clue, study that topic before taking another mixed test. On the next day, answer those questions again without reading yesterday’s notes first.

Understand topics and ticket groups

Topics collect related questions and can overlap: one question may involve both a road sign and right of way. Topic totals therefore must not be added together to estimate the bank size. Ticket groups preserve the source grouping and have different lengths; a whole ticket is not a twenty-question simulation. Use topics for learning and ticket groups for checking coverage.

Move to a simulation when you can explain your answers

The site’s practice simulation uses twenty questions and a maximum of two mistakes. Its thirty-minute timer is a practice setting, not a verified statement of the current official time limit. After finishing, review both incorrect answers and correct guesses. A practice score measures this session only and does not promise a result on the official exam.

Study in more than one language carefully

Open the same question with the language links in the footer. Match the diagram and meaning, rather than memorising the position of an option. Explanations are incomplete in some languages. Do not assume an unavailable explanation has been checked or translated; record the question link and consult the original source when necessary.

Keep preparation and booking separate

This site helps with study. Confirm eligibility, required documents, fees, available exam languages and appointment details directly with the official authority. The source page links to the published question lists and explains what this site adds.
