At first sight the horn looks like a minor component, but it is the driver's only means of warning someone who cannot see him: a pedestrian stepping into the carriageway without looking, the driver of the car alongside changing lanes in the blind spot, or a child emerging from between parked cars.

Its importance grows on mountain roads and tight bends — of which Armenia's roads have plenty — where two drivers cannot see each other until the last moment and sound arrives before sight. Remember that the lawful use of the horn is to prevent a collision, not to express displeasure; but a vehicle that lacks this capability is deprived of a preventive tool, and for that reason has no right to be on the road.

The question's trap is the cooling system.
