The third will drive through the intersection:

Explanation
The blue car.
The yellow diamond posted in the middle of the picture announces the "priority road", but the white plate beneath it matters more: it shows that the priority road does not continue straight through this junction but comes from the green car's side and turns towards the red car. So the green and red cars are on the priority road and the blue and yellow cars on the minor road; a stop sign is also posted at that same minor entry on the right.
The order is built from there. The priority road goes first: between green and red, the green car is on red's right, so red must give it priority; green first, red second. Then it is the minor road's turn, and the same right-hand rule applies between blue and yellow: the blue car is on yellow's right, so blue passes third and yellow fourth.
The safety logic of this order is clear: as long as even one vehicle remains on the priority road, entering from the minor road means an angled collision with a car that is travelling faster and does not expect to stop at all. The common exam trap is that the candidate sees only the yellow diamond and does not read the direction plate beneath it; without that plate you imagine the priority road runs straight and you build the whole order upside down.
• The yellow car is tempting because it stands right at the junction and looks ready to move; but it is both on the minor road with a stop sign and has the blue car on its right, so it is last, not third. • The red car is on the priority road and for that reason many place it earlier, but it must give priority to the green car on its right; its place is second. • The green car is on the priority road and has no vehicle on its right on the priority road, so it is the first to pass and cannot be the third.
