Vehicles will drive through the intersection in the following order:

Explanation
Motorcycle, car, tram.
The yellow diamond "priority road" together with the supplementary "direction of the priority road" plate is posted both facing the motorcyclist and facing the blue car; that is, both are on the priority road, while the tram rails enter the junction diagonally from the minor road.
The key point is right here: the tram's priority is not absolute. A tram takes precedence over non-rail vehicles only "in equal conditions", that is, when both are on roads of equal status. A tram arriving from a minor road at a junction with a priority road must wait like any other vehicle. So in this scene the tram is last. Between the motorcyclist and the blue car, both on the priority road, the general rules apply: the motorcycle comes from the car's right, and the car has signalled a turn and cuts across its path. So the order is motorcycle, car, and finally the tram.
Put the safety reasons for these rules side by side: a tram has a mass of tens of tonnes, runs on rails, and can neither deviate nor stop in a short distance; that is why it gets priority in equal conditions, so that it is not forced into emergency braking. But where it is itself on the minor road, giving it priority would mean cutting off the priority-road flow and creating a greater danger. The exam trap is exactly this: do not memorise the phrase "tram always first"; read the signs first and decide afterwards.
• This order puts the car ahead of the motorcycle, whereas the motorcyclist comes from the right and the car has signalled a turn and must give way to him. • This assumes the tram is first — the same "tram always has priority" trap. A tram travelling on the minor road is the last to pass.
