In this situation

Explanation
You must give way to the lorry driver.
No priority sign is visible at this junction, so the roads are of equal status and the right-hand rule governs. The blue lorry is approaching from the road on the right, so priority is his and you must stop.
The more important part of the question is the tram on the left. At a junction of equal-status roads, a tram takes precedence over all non-rail vehicles, regardless of its direction of travel. That is, the tram may enter the junction before you and even before the lorry, while you are still obliged to stop for the lorry. That is why "pass simultaneously with the tram" is wrong: you and the tram are operating under two different rules, and its movement is not a permission for yours.
This is exactly the behavioural trap that causes crashes in the street too: instead of reading the junction, a driver interprets the movement of the vehicle beside him as a signal that "the way is clear" and sets off behind it. The tall tram beside you also blocks your view to the left, so following it is doubly dangerous. Always make the decision yourself: look at the signs, establish the importance of the roads, then look to the right.
• The tram really does have the right to pass before you, and that makes you think you can move alongside it; but the tram's precedence is its own, and you must still give way to the lorry on the right.
