The bus, then the lorry and last the car.

On the post to the right only the triangular "give way" sign is fitted, with no supplementary priority-road direction plate beneath it. That means the priority road passes through the junction without changing direction: the street on which the yellow minibus is travelling is the priority road, and the street perpendicular to it — the one with the red car and the lorry at its two ends — is the minor road. So the minibus passes first.

After that, the red car and the lorry remain, facing each other on one minor road. The right-hand rule does not apply here, because neither is coming from the side. The governing rule is this: a driver turning left must give priority to oncoming vehicles going straight or turning right. The red car is turning left and the lorry right, so the lorry is second and the car third.

The safety reason for this rule matters: a left turn means cutting across the entire path of the opposing flow and staying a long time in the middle of the junction, whereas a right turn merely follows the edge of the road. The burden of waiting is placed on the one whose path is more dangerous. The exam trap is the lorry's size; but here it is the form of the movement that decides, not the dimensions.
