The third will drive through the intersection:

Explanation
The yellow car.
The signs divide this junction into two groups: on the side from which the green and blue cars come stands the yellow diamond "priority road", and on the side of the red and yellow cars the triangular "give way". The order of passage is exactly two-stage: first all the priority-road vehicles, then the minor-road vehicles; and within each group the order is set by the general rules, that is, the right hand and the left turn.
So the two priority-road cars, green and blue, take first and second place, and only once the way is clear does the minor road get its turn. Between red and yellow, both of which have the "give way" sign facing them, the right-hand rule applies again: the yellow car is on the red car's right, so yellow is the third and red the fourth vehicle. Safety reason: the "give way" sign does not merely transmit one priority, it creates a two-layer order. The minor-road driver knows he must let the whole priority-road flow past and then settle his own turn with his equals. If that order is not observed, a car arriving at speed on the priority road strikes the side of the minor-road car — the very crash that claims the most victims at signed junctions.
Exam trap: do not apply the right-hand rule before the signs. The right hand has meaning only between vehicles of the same priority rank.
• Blue is on the priority road and is one of the first two cars, not the third. • Green is also on the priority road and passes through the junction before both minor-road cars. • Red is on the minor road too, but it has the yellow car on its right; so it moves after yellow, in fourth place.
